Waterstreet Studio developed the master plan and design for Eastwood Farm & Winery, creating a vision that transforms a rural estate into a farm/winery event venue.

The design builds on the site's existing features, including a mature orchard, while introducing spaces that support the property's use as a winery and gathering place. A key element of the project was the adaptive reuse of an existing barn, which had previously served as a workshop where the owner restored vintage motorcycles.

Waterstreet's master plan reestablished organization of the site, guiding the relationship between buildings, gathering spaces, and the surrounding agricultural landscape. The design provided a framework for the owners to thoughtfully implement the project over time while remaining true to their vision and entrepreneurial goals.
