Redevelopment of Charlottesville’s historic 1937 Monticello Dairy building to accommodate 50,000 square feet of office space, two restaurants, retail, a food hall, and 175 apartments.
Working with Cunningham Quill Architects and Timmons Group on this $80 million adaptive reuse project, Waterstreet Studio provided site design for surrounding landscape terraces, streetscapes, parking facilities, a surge plaza, and multi-modal alleyways.
