Under new ownership in 2012, the resort brought Smith McClane Architects and Waterstreet Studio in to analyze and plan for future expansions. Site amenities in the resulting master plan included, improved entry sequence, trails/walkways, relocated fitness facilities, event gardens, landscape buffers, pool terrace improvements (implemented in 2014).
