This working farm and hunt club stretches over 5,600 acres of picturesque land in Varina. Working closely with the Ownership, our team designed entrance features and fence lines aimed at creating secure and stately presence along VA Route 5. Design elements were repeated within the property and along realigned farm roads to improve wayfinding and distinction between private and club related facilities.
