Since 2003 Celebration Associates, with partners and affiliates, has worked to develop roughly 2,300 acres that surround the iconic Homestead Resort. Preservation of open space, natural amenities, rural viewsheds, and character have been the key tenet of these efforts. Working with developers, Waterstreet Studio has provided master planning and site design for seven neighborhoods in the broader acreage, miles of trails and common amenities such as the Old Dairy Complex, the Saddle Club and Outfitter shop. At full build-out, a maximum of 450 homesites will disturb less than 300 acres.
