Having enjoyed this beautiful property as a personal retreat during the economic downturn, developer Dennis Crumpler turned in 2014 to Celebration Associates and Waterstreet Studio to reinvigorate plans for this 34-lot haven. Our team worked closely with the Developer and local contractors to design and implement native warm-season grass meadows, solar fields, and nearly eight miles of trails connecting private and community docks, overlooks, and entertainment facilities.
